MAINfm Annual General Meeting 2020

The MAINfm Committee of Management invites you to attend the MAINfm 2020 Annual General Meeting.

  • DATE  – Tuesday 10 November
  • TIME – 6:00pm
  • WHERE – via Zoom (RSVP for link)

The Committee of Management (CoM) also invites nominations for the following four vacant positions:

  • President
  • Treasurer
  • 2 x Ordinary Committee Members

Nominations to be submitted by Wednesday 28 October. Information on CoM roles can be found here.

Interested parties should return a nomination form (link below) to info@mainfm.net. Only current financial members can stand for the CoM. A list of candidates standing for CoM positions will be made available to members on Friday 30 October.

Votes can be cast in two ways:

  • On-line
  • Via the downloadable voting form (this can be emailed or returned to the office)

Votes must be submitted by 5:00pm on Monday 9 November. There will be no provision to vote during the AGM.

  • FRIDAY 30 OCTOBER – Candidate information & voting forms available online & distributed via email
