MainFM Annual General Meeting 2021

The MainFM Committee of Management invites you to attend the 2021 Annual General Meeting.

TUESDAY 9th NOVEMBER, 6pm – via ZOOM (RSVP for link)

Committee of Management (CoM) Positions up for vote:

  • Vice-President
  • Secretary
  • 2 x Ordinary Committee Members

The CoM invites interested parties to nominate themselves by Wednesday 27 October. Information on committee positions can be found here.

You will need to complete a nomination form found HERE & return via email, or to the MainFM studios. You must be a current financial member to stand for the Committee. Completed forms & any questions should be directed to info@mainfm.net.

Voting Opens on Friday 29 October

  • A list of candidates standing for positions on the Committee of Management will be distributed on Friday 29 October (via email & online).
  • Voting must be done in advance, either online (a link will be provided) or via a downloadable form (to be returned by email, or the MainFM studios).

Voting closes 5pm, Monday 8th November. There will be no provision to vote during the AGM.
