MainFM Annual General Meeting 2022
MainFM Annual General Meeting happening TUESDAY OCT 25th, 2022 at 6pm on ZOOM
Prior to this year’s AGM a ‘Special General Meeting’ of members will be held to request approval of proposed changes to the Constitution. This meeting will be held via ZOOM (RSVP for link) on Tuesday 25th October at 6pm and will be followed by the AGM. The following documents are available:

- MainFM Current Constitution published in 2018
- MainFM Constitution Proposed Changes
- Document detailing Proposed Constitution Changes and Reasons for Change (it is important to familiarise with this document before attending the meeting). The Committee of Management have approved these changes and now your approval is sought.
Following the ‘Special General Meeting’ the MainFM Committee of Management invites you to attend the 2022 Annual General Meeting.
Committee of Management (CoM) Positions up for vote:
- President
- Treasurer
- 2 x Committee Members
The CoM invites interested parties to nominate themselves by Wednesday 4th October. Information on committee positions can be found here.
Please complete NOMINATION FORMS HERE & return via email, or to the MainFM studios. Paper copies will be available at the station. You must be a current financial member to stand for the Committee. Completed forms & any questions should be directed to info@mainfm.net.
Voting Opens on Friday 7th October
- A list of candidates standing for positions on the Committee of Management will be distributed on Friday 7th October (via email & online).
- Voting must be done in advance, either online (a link will be provided) or via a downloadable form (to be returned by email, or the MainFM studios).
Voting closes 5pm, Monday 24th October. There will be no provision to vote during the AGM.
