{"id":1787,"date":"2024-09-05T18:02:14","date_gmt":"2024-09-05T08:02:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mainfm.net\/hub\/?p=1787"},"modified":"2024-09-05T18:02:14","modified_gmt":"2024-09-05T08:02:14","slug":"the-new-normal-shout-out-for-help-around-the-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mainfm.net\/hub\/2024\/09\/05\/the-new-normal-shout-out-for-help-around-the-office\/","title":{"rendered":"The New Normal &#8211; Shout Out for help around the office."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dear Volunteers,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are entering a new normal here at MainFM HQ while we grapple with not being here as much and attempting to operate on 1\/3 less of our previous staff time.&nbsp; &nbsp; Here\u2019s an update on what days we are in the office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Steph \u2013 Station Manager on 3 days per week, working Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sue \u2013Sponsorship Manager on 2 days per week currently testing working half day Monday, half day Tuesday and Thursday.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alex \u2013 Volunteers and Training Coordinator on 1 day per week \u2013 currently either a Tuesday or Wednesday\u00a0 (juggling with other work commitments.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We can\u2019t do everything we have previously been doing, and it might be harder to get a hold of us. But we&#8217;re trying! Honestly it&#8217;s been a bit rough. So we are leaning on our volunteers and asking for help. There are plenty of ways to be a part of the station and contribute to the energy and vibe that make this place great.
