One such committee is the Fundraising &amp; Communications Committee, or the &#8216;F&amp;C&#8217; committee. The F&amp;C is looking for some fresh faces to kick of 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New F&amp;C members will gain opportunities to work with Steph, our Station Manager, and Sue, our Sponsorship Manager, on the station&#8217;s significant events throughout the year. Ideal members will help generate key event planning to inform:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>event concepts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>branding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>format<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>logistics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>volunteer involvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commitment will vary as events come and go at different times, so F&amp;C members aren&#8217;t required to meet at regular intervals. A further consideration is the committee&#8217;s emphasis on proactivity to act on and back up the creation of ideas. Ideas are excellent and essential, but the &#8216;leg work&#8217; to bring them to fruition is key. If you fancy yourself as a &#8216;doer&#8217;, we want you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Examples of events you will collaborate on include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>International Women&#8217;s Day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Main GAME &#8211; Community Cup Footy match<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gin &amp; Sonic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Radiothon &#8211; Our biggest annual fundraising event<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billy Cart Challenge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Rogies &#8211; Our annual awards night<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To express interest, please contact Sue: sponsorship@mainfm.net<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Want to join the flashiest, most Hollywood MainFM committee?
