The community survey can be found via councils SHAPE page https:\/\/shape.mountalexander.vic.gov.au\/disability-action-plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The survey responses will feed into the Disability Action Plan, a four year council plan to address how they can make our shire more accessible and inclusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please feel free to share the community survey with your networks, family, friends and neighbours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
