MainFM Annual General Meeting 2024

 

MainFM invites members of the public and the organisation to attend its Annual General Meeting.  

Happening TUESDAY OCT 29th, 2024 at 6pm at The Castlemaine Senior Citizens Centre, Mechanics Lane and on ZOOM.

At the AGM we will be introducing the newest members of our Committee of Management.  All positions have been filled uncontested, so voting was not required.  We will also be presenting MainFM’s 2024 Annual Report and Financials.

There will be some live music and light refreshments provided.

 

Special AGM (Current Members Only)

Just prior to the AGM we will be holding a Special AGM to make proposed changes to the Constitution.  These changes are needed to meet new requirements of the Australian Taxation Office, so we are able to retain our Not For Profit status as an organisation.  At the ‘Special General Meeting’ on Tuesday 29 October, MainFM Committee of Management (CoM) is seeking your approval, as members of MainFM, to the proposed changes.  Documents for review have been emailed to all current members
