This is a shout out to anyone who sprinkles little extras around the place.
We have people who clean our shared spaces more than the average person. Some people write little notes on the white board and on sticky notes for others to see. Some have the MainFM textline number (oh 4 triple 8 6 3 1 8 6) saved in their phone so it’s extra easy to fire off a compliment or helpful feedback to on air presenters (makes such a difference and is so easy to do!).
These gestures may not seem like much, or may not feel noticed, but we’d like you to know that they are.
If you’re not a show texter, why not take it up as a thing you do every now and again, especially when you hear new presenters learning their craft.
