Radiothon approaches!
Radiothon is all kinds of fun. It’s such an exciting time to be part of the team and connect with the community in ways we rarely get to.
As you get to thinking about what you might do for a Radiothon show, consider these few points from our Prpogramming Coordinator, Rich Moffat:
# We’re aiming to keep Radiothon week all LIVE-IN-STUDIO again (i.e no pre-records). Please let me know if you can/can’t do your show that week? If you are away or have other commitments, no stress at all – we will find someone to fill-in.

# Please let me know if any special guests or themes for radiothon planned at this stage (this year’s theme is “Bring the noise”). If you might be available to also do an extra slot or show during radiothon let us know too.
# Last weekend we had the first of a semi-regular series of low-key live events at the Bridge to celebrate a specific MainFM show. The first night was a success and the pub is keen to do more. Please reach out if any chance you might like to help put together a night for your show in future months. The aim of the night is simply to create another social catch-up for those interested, and hopefully raise the profile of the specific show and the station in the process.
