Melbourne’s Suzie So Blue unveils “Long Dark Road” on 28 January 2024, departing from her melancholic style into a hopeful alt-country sound.
Collaborating with talents Paschal Lee on drums, Les Thomas on electric guitar and enriched by the track’s producer Oscar Poncell’s mastery of tres, acoustic guitar, and double bass, the track promises a dynamic blend with Suzie’s emotive vocals and tenor guitar.
This marks a significant milestone in Suzie’s journey, inviting listeners on a distinctive musical odyssey, framed by the vast Australian terrain.
